Shipping times can vary by product. As a conservative estimate, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped generally processed the next business day. Once your item has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail. Your credit card will be charged only when items are shipped.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are proud to offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our clothing. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return the item within 30 days following the guidelines below.

If it is necessary to return merchandise for an exchange/refund all merchandise must meet the following conditions:

- E-mail: support@greateasternclothing.com to obtain a return authorization number within 30 days of item receipt. You will receive a return authorization number within 3 days of emailed request. Just put "return" in subject. Items must be in original condition.

- Any questions concerning an exchange/refund should be directed to our customer service department by e-mail supprt@greateasternclothing.com or by phone: (207) 695-0770. If the merchandise you receive is defective, call or email our customer service department for instructions.
